Based on the popular open mic format Ysceifiog Village Hall will be hosting the first of a series of Songwriter Evenings in early 2026.
These evenings will be sponsored by the highly successful Jay Reigns Recording Studio based in Denbigh.
The evenings will be open to all songwriters who will have time to showcase their songs using a professional PA system to an audience of other songwriters and the general public. There will be a policy of no covers, meaning that every song will be original to the performer. Unlike many other open mic events there will no other acts such as poetry, everything will be geared towards giving songwriters a platform to perform their original work.
Jermaine from Jay Reigns Recording Studio will be on-hand to discuss any aspect of music recording.
