The hall is run by a committee of volunteers who aim to manage the hall and to promote it for the benefit of people throughout the Parish of Ysceifiog without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, nationality, race or political, religious or other opinions. The committee aims to provide facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities. The hall is a registered charity, number 1174448.
The hall has two separate rooms identified as the small hall and the large hall. Also included is a catering sized kitchen plus gents and ladies toilets with disabled access.
There is high speed wi-fi available throughout the village hall.
Ideal for smaller gatherings this hall also contains a huge mural of the history of the village of Ysceifiog.
The larger of the two halls which can be configured for concerts, weddings, meetings
The hourly rate is £15 per hour.
For example, a children’s party from 12noon to 2pm requires an hour either side to set up and to tidy up, so you would be charged for 4 hours from 11am to 3pm = £60 in total.
Full day rate is £100 which includes access to both halls and the kitchen.
For wedding hire the day hire rate is £300, plus an additional £50 for each extra day for preparation and cleaning.
